Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Peoplespecifically Plumbing wants people of all abilities to be able to use peoplespecifically.living. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We try to make this site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we aim to:
- Organize pages with clear headings and a logical order
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
If Something Is Hard to Use
You can still get help when a part of the site gives you trouble. Request a callback to talk with a plumbing provider, or email contact@peoplespecifically.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Happened
Your feedback on the accessibility of this site is welcome. Email contact@peoplespecifically.living and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Request a callback
