How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Peoplespecifically Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Peoplespecifically Plumbing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Peoplespecifically Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@peoplespecifically.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
